Chtec Member Registered: 01/27/02 Posts: 1933 Loc: Sharon/Hermitage, PA	I found the following report from RISU to be particularly interesting: http://www.risu.org.ua/eng/news/article;9089/ On the positive side: The Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate will be reviving its dialogue with the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church. The UOC-MP will have special Liturgies commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster. On the negative side: The UOC-MP will hold special celebrations for the 60th Anniversary of the Lviv Sobor. Dave

Jean Francois Member Registered: 09/09/04 Posts: 497 Loc: Manhattan, NYC	The outcome of the upcoming March 2006 elections will dictate what will occur with the Orthodox churches in Ukraine. http://www.risu.org.ua/eng/news/article;9087/ On the other side of the fence....rumors are that Russia is instigating 'war' in Krym (the Crimea). Muscovy (Russia) is inciting the civil war in Krym according to the latest statements made by the Ukrainian Prime Minister. Russia's excuse is that it will be "defending Orthodoxy". Oj vey ! IF
