Father, bless!

This sounds like a wonderful event!

Following the link at the bottom of your post I came across this link to text from the Anthology:

Sample pages from the "Anthology of Worship"

Very well done!

I note also that the Creed is presented in its original form and the use of the word "orthodox" is also retained, which is commendable.

I am anxious to order a copy!

Could you tell us a little more about the CD? What does it cost? Does it contain the various propers also? Is it both Ukrainian and English?

Christ is born! Glorify Him!

The two-cd set contains most of the music for the unchangeable parts of the Divine Liturgy (many settings of litanies, Trisagion, etc.)

It also contains the eight-tone cycle of Troparion, Kontakion, Theotokion, Prokeimenon, and Alleluia.

Also: some seasonal chants and the Panachyda.

The cd is ordered through the Sheptytsky Institute; their website has a place to place orders on, I believe.

If this is not correct, Fr. Michael, please publish the correct source.

Hello Prof. Thompson,

I have been listening to "The Divine Liturgy for congregational singing" and I love the music. Where can I get copies of the sheet music so that I would be able to use those editions at my parish?

McClure,

Welcome to the forum. Please note that this thread is about 7 years old and Professor Thompson hasn't posted here in about 3 years.

I'm going to move the thread to the Kliros forum, which would be a more appropriate place for it anyway. I suspect that one of the cantors who post there may be able to provide you the info you're seeking.

Many years,

Neil
