After receiving communion in Seattle, I also kiss the priest's hand, a practice I adopted after the example of a man whom I deeply respect. I have not done this elsewhere. I have not seen it in done in other Byzantine Catholic churches, and I wonder if it occurs at all outside Seattle.

Veneration of the chalice is the regular practice at St. Nicholas of Myra Byzantine Catholic Church in Anchorage. The parish has a unique history in that many Orthodox attended St. Nicholas prior to the founding of two local Orthodox parishes. Here is a link to that history.

Does anyone know of a church in Lebanon where I can attend a Traditional Mass (Eastern Rite)- a NON-Novus Ordo Mass? Many thanks in advance. God bless!
