Help!! Looking for out-of-print Orthodox booklets!!

Glory to Jesus Christ!
Dear Friends,
I'm searching for two booklets, now out-of-print, which were sold by Holy Trinity Monastery in Jordanville, NY for many years. The booklets are:
"The Witnesses of Jehovah" by Fr. A. Kolesnikoff, approx. 45 pages.
"Vision of Heaven and Hell; My Spiritual Rebirth" by Dushan Yovanovich, 1984, Miljkovic, 22 pages.
I've contacted every Orthodox/Byzantine bookstore I could find on the internet, including Jordanville by phone, but I haven't had any luck. If anyone has a copy of these booklets, would it be possible to have them photocopied-- I would reimburse you for all expenses and postage.
Any help would be appreciated.
