Thanks to Fr Sebastian Carnazzo, the pastor of St Elias Melkite Church in Los Gatos, and Fr Christopher Hadley SJ who teaches at the Jesuit School of Theology in Berkeley, we have had Divine Liturgy in Berkeley once a month for three months, beginning Dec 3rd [newliturgicalmovement.org]. We meet last night Saturday, 2/18, [newliturgicalmovement.org]. Fr Christopher has bi-ritual faculties. Attendance has been around 50.

On March 11th Sayedna Nicholas Samra will be coming for the Liturgy, and meal afterwards.

There was a period of time when Melkites regularly had Liturgy services at the Dominican Priory of St Albert's in Oakland, until clergy were no longer available. Some of those lay folks continue to worship with the friars at St Albert's, some moved to local Orthodox Churches, and some possibly to other RC parishes.

Glad to see some rebirth going on. Just gives others more options within the Bay Area.
What about Our Lady of Fatima?
