A friends daughter, Chris, is pregnant. The problem is there is a mass growing in the womb and it is growing faster than the child, she is 21/2 months along. Her husband has a sister with severe disabilities of some type and so is not wanting to have this child.

My friend in very concerned that she will have it aborted. She has told her, that God has given her a child and desires that she carry the child and trust in him. So she is upset and afraid she will abort it.

Her daughter is concerned about her husband being upset, my friend told her that if he left because of it, then he really didn't love her to start with. Also, I guess Chris had a lot of trouble with a previous pregnancy.

Most Holy Theotokos pray for them!

O Lord, grant me to greet the coming day in peace, help me in all things to rely upon your holy will. In every hour of the day reveal your will to me. Bless my dealings with all who surround me. Teach me to treat all that comes to throughout the day with peace of soul and with firm conviction that your will governs all. In all my deeds and words, guide my thoughts and feelings. In unforeseen events, let me not forget that all are sent by you. Teach me to act firmly and wisely, without embittering and embarrassing others.
