Over the past several years we have had lots of requests to create more dedicated forums for specific topics. Until now we have been hesitant about the idea thinking that there probably would not be enough traffic to justify them. A few software upgrades back the software began to support what are called “sub-forums” and we have reconsidered the idea. “Sub-forums” are nested forums, so if you click into the “Faith & Worship Forum” you will now find two sub-forums, one for “Icons & Iconography” and the other for “Old-Ritualists” (they can also be found on the main forum page “nested” under the “Faith & Worship Forum”). We offer these by way of experimentation. If they justify themselves either by enough traffic or as very logical places to separate threads according to these topics we will keep them. If they do not justify themselves the posts there can be easily moved into the “Faith & Worship Forum”. We do not have the time available to search out discussions from the past few months to move to these forums, but if anyone knows of a few recent threads that they think are worth moving to these new sub-forums please bring those threads to the attention of the moderators and/or administrators for consideration to be moved.

Father Deacon Ed, Alice, and Diak will remain the moderators of the “Faith & Worship Forums” and for the two new sub-forums.
