Sofia. There is a long line in front of St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral in downtown Sofia, where the three miraculous icons of the Virgin Mary are exposed.
Thousands of Bulgarians came to bow to the three miraculous icons, FOCUS News Agency reporter informed.
The three icons were brought to Sofia from three monasteries: the Rila Monastery, Bachkovo Monastery and the Monastery of Troyan. The line goes along the whole alley to the cathedral and has reached the antique market. Police presence is stepped up in the area.
