Phoenix, AZ - (12/08/2000) - The Right Reverend Mitred Archpriest Stephen G. Washko, Rector of St. Stephen Pro-Cathedral was elected Eparchial Administrator by the Consultors.

Archpriest Stephen will govern the Eparchy of Van Nuys until a new Bishop is enthroned as Third Bishop of Van Nuys.
