Mission Statement

 

We, the Sisters of St. Basil the Great of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Province participate in the Life of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and rejoice in spreading the message of the Kingdom.

An actively apostolic community, we vow Chastity, Poverty, and Obedience witnessing the truth that GOD IS WITH US.

As women of the Gospel our ministry emulates the hospitality of our Founder, Saint Basil, the vision of his sister, Saint Macrina, and the undaunted faith and pioneer spirit of our Foundress, Mother Macrina.

Inspired by them our hospitality reaches out to the broken, the needy and the unlearned; our vision 
dares to seek new ways to serve; and our faith enables us to be a healing presence in the Church.

Although our ministry is primarily to the Byzantine Catholic People we exclude no one in sharing the Good News that GOD IS WITH US.
