I received the following message from a friend on another forum regarding our brother Bob Tallick, who posts here as Orthoman.

Quote
Please pray for our brother Bob, who is now in the hospital recovering from a heart attack yesterday (Thursday) ... Bob had a total clogged artery and a heart aneurysm, both of which have been cleared but he is still in ICU because he will need an angioplasty on another clogged artery sometime Monday or Tuesday of this coming week. He is in good spirits and is alert but will have to stay in the hospital at least until the end of the month.
Holy Theotokos, look with love on your son, Bob, our brother, and intercede for him before the Throne of God. Lord Jesus, allow the Holy and Unmercenary Physicians Cosmas and Damien to guide Bob's doctors in diagnosing and treating him, that the care afforded him be efficacious. May Bob be restored to the fullness of health and may God grant him many years.

May the Lord extend his healing hand from on high and grant his servant recovery and health.

Glory to God and thank you for Bob making it through such a bad heart attack. Continue Dear Lord to watch over him and remove all the blockage along with any type of blood clotting or aneurorism that may still remain. Through the prayers of the Most Holy Theotokos and all the angels and saints may God's work be completed in him.

I also pray for our friend, Orthoman, that he will make a full recovery. Thank you, Neil, for posting this.

Dear Lord, I lift Bob up to you, and like Pani Rose, thank you that Bob has made it through this and ask that he be healed, strengthened, and in time be better than before this happened. Courage and peace for his loved ones too!

In the Name of Jesus Christ,

Amen.

Mary Jo

From a friend who visited Bob yesterday

Quote
I visited him today and after his second procedure (clearing an 90% clogged artery) he is feeling quite a bit better. Now they discovered a blood clot in his lower left leg and he is being given blood thinners for this. It looks like the earliest he will be out of the hospital is Monday next.
Bob sends his love and gratitude to all his brothers and sisters here who have remembered him in their prayers.

Many years,

Neil
