Now his eyes are not only open, Matthew is alert, he is wide awake now. eek He can answer questions by shaking his head yes or no. :rolleyes: Also, he can wiggle his fingers and toes. wink

Thank each one of you for your continued prayers.

Matthew is strong enough that they are going to begin surgery on him. I guess his head is first. I am not clear as to whether they will do his face as well as his head, but I think that will be separate surgeries. They must also operate on his arm, hip, leg, he also has ribs and tail bone broken. So I have no idea the order of what.

But it is truly a miracle given only through the prayer of so many that he is strong enough to have this done.
