This past summer we were privileged with the opportunity of praying for Howard, who had open-heart surgery. Today I received a wonderful update on Howards condition (which is posted below). In you charity, please pray now that the Lord God may bless Howard with good health for many years, so that he may dance at his granddaughters wedding.

Dear Administrator,

Here is an update about Howard, whom you prayed for earlier this year when he was facing serious heart surgery. About five months later, he reports good news: almost uneventful healing (punctuated by one recovery scare, and some minor post-surgery symptoms, but all monitored carefully by his docs and satisfactorily resolved).

And more good news -- on October 21st Howard and his wife traveled to be present at the birth of their granddaughter Anna, healthy and safe, at 7 pounds, 7 ounces. They send thanks to the members of this Forum who were kind enough to include them in prayer intentions.

Prayers of thanks that our prayers for Howard were received and blessed; may his life be long and happy and may he know his grandchildren's children. Prayers too for Baby Anna, that she will grow strong and healthy and be a joy to her parents and grandparents. May God grant them all many years.
