Ok,
Sue and the Baby are doing well...
However she is at the point that she just wants it OVER. We are in the safe window now, and so please pray for the onset of Labor.
Also pray for me. I am struggling with my weight again. I don't want to gain back to 250. That would just suck. Pray for the grace that I am able to get back into the swing of my food plan.

Dear John,
As someone who has helped others with this problem, my advice to you is to eat lots of bran and drink lots of water - 2 or 3 litres a day if possible.
Do moderate exercise only and walking is the best.
I've seen people lose a lot of water in their bodies (that they thought was fat) through drinking lots of water.
It seems as if the body will let go of the water it is storing once it is assured that other water is on its way . . .

Prayers...and I'm sure that this will subside after the blessed birth of your child...just stay away from those malts, shakes and those many cravings that occur at this time...
