Is the Irmologion by Papp under copyright? It was published in 1969 in a now-defunct state (Czechoslovakia) and there is no publishing house listed, only the Greek Catholic Eparchy of Presov.

Why would it not be under copyright to the Diocese of Presov? They did the printing.
My Office of Matins book was published by the Sisters of St.Basil from Mt.St.Macrina. They don't list a publishing house in theirs.
My Orthodox Daily Prayer Book is published by St.Tikhon Seminary.
Same thing correct???
