Is it me or does someone else see a separate statement in the fact that these men have not allowed their faces to be shown?
To me when one covers his face, he is either ashamed of what he is doing or a coward without the strength of his convictions.
In the meantime, where is Christian outrage at anyone who dares deny the Divinity of Christ?
It seems to me that to deny the Divinity of Christ is a colossal lie, no matter who speaks it--and that includes "The Prophet." We know from whence lies come and who is The Father of Lies.
We know that the Lord predicted that after Him would come false prophets and false christs. Where is Christian reponse to people who claim that there was another prophet after the Lord had closed the period of prophecy--we all celebrated the Feast of the Transfiguration in August; that's part of the message of that feast.
Nuff said.
In Christ,
BOB

....but the Pope is 'hateful', and the Pope's words were 'ugly'. These men, ofcourse, belong to the religion of peace and are displaying it. The lack of logic, reason, and integrity in what I am hearing from the Muslim world really gets to me. Can we, and will we, ever understand each other? Alice

Can we, and will we, ever understand each other? [Confused] I think we understand the Muslims quite plainly. They simply are filled with hate for anything other than themselves...moderate and 'liberal' muslims being the exception. Jason PS Can anyone else NOT see the content of Doc's post?

Dear Friends, Perhaps you should consider yourselves lucky not to see the little demonstration of Muslim men carrying signs saying, among other things: 'Allah curse the Pope', and 'Trinity of Evil: Pope go to Hell'. Apparently the 'Trinity of Evil' they are referring to is: Blair, Bush, and the Pope...and did you also know that they are conspiring together for a neo- Christian Crusade against Islam? In this context, you will now understand the response I gave above: ....but the Pope is 'hateful', and the Pope's words were 'ugly'. These men, ofcourse, belong to the religion of peace and are displaying it. In Christ our Lord, Alice P.S. And what exactly do you think would happen if some Christians decided to counter demonstrate with equally hateful remarks outside of a great mosque in a Muslim country?
