Feel sorry for the young ones no longer, there is a cure for their ignorance biggrin . I recently rented a DVD of the old Burns and Allen show from Netflix and watched it with my eighteen year old daughter. The DVD had about ten episodes on it and I think that child almost split her sides laughing so hard. The episodes included commercials for 'Carnation Evaporated Milk' made from 'contented cows'. Now the child can't go into the supermarket without laughing down the coffee aisle.

Dear Ladyhawke,

I think our comedies started going downhill from the time the writers began to imbed their 'social' agenda's, and/or make a 'statement' into their sitcoms. I believe it started with 'All in the Family'.
