You really have to think GOOD chocolate there like Leonidas or Neihaus, You know good Belgian chocolate, not the Hershey's chocolate of France. In IC XC, Father Anthony+

Neihaus dark choclate makes you want to spit out Cote d'Or. That will give you an idea. I believe that it might even be on God's snack list. In IC XC, Father Anthony+

My favorite protein bar at the gym is one that has very little fat, very little cholesterol, very little carb, lots of protein, and is a combination of chocolate and peanut butter that makes the exercise routine something to look forward to. Almost like having a rich candy bar--but its' good for you.  BOB
