Neihaus dark choclate makes you want to spit out Cote d'Or. That will give you an idea. I believe that it might even be on God's snack list. biggrin

I am inspired to partake of a chocolate bar this very night - dark chocolate covering marzipan. With thanks to everyone for your encouragement.

Gordo - have you forgotten ?

When fast periods come round our thoughts turn to Choccie - good dark non-milk fasting type Choccie.

It's the one thing that keeps us going

Gordo, Don't blame me, CNN posted the story, and I felt it was a worthwhile thing to post.

My favorite protein bar at the gym is one that has very little fat, very little cholesterol, very little carb, lots of protein, and is a combination of chocolate and peanut butter that makes the exercise routine something to look forward to. biggrin Almost like having a rich candy bar--but its' good for you. cool
