Dear Charles, "Chocolate bunnies, chocolate eggs, chocolate milk....". Chocolateness is next to Godliness, or no that's cleanliness, or something like that. I too share your affection for chocolate. Bill

Dear Alice,
You mentioned red dyed eggs. Isn't there some kind of tradition surrounding red dyed eggs at Easter? If you know, could you explain?

Hi Bill,
Deep red is the only traditional color that Greeks use for Easter eggs. It symbolizes the blood of Christ which was shed for us. The egg itself symbolizes the tomb...

Another lesson in the richness of Eastern symbolism. Thanks Alice!

Penthaetria, lovingly I don't have an outdoor Santa, but one of my neighbors has an elaborate light display that is permanently mounted to his house. I can see why, since it would take so much time to remount all those lights every year.

Bill Bill, anyone who loves chocolate is a good person in my book. That's a sure sign of good character.
