Friends,
I have read rumors on here that bishops do lurk around this forum. If that is true, I wouldn't be suprised if some actually post.
Is this actually true? I have gotten a hunch about it the past couple of days.
If so, I do pray they seriously look at the very good ideas and opinions expressed here on this forum. This is a very good place to see active laity, and even members of the clergy, peacefully discuss our common faith. So many people here have the best intentions, hopes, and prayers for our church.
Admin-- please forgive me if this topic/question is inapproporaite.
Just curious as of late, -uc

No, if I was a bishop I would be to busy to post here.
I would be busy: 1. Enforcing a REJECTION of inclusive language. 2. Recruiting married men to the priesthood. 3. Educating my flock on Church teachings so that tradition could be fully restored. 4. Making Slavonic liturgies more available. 5. Restoring minor orders. 6. Making sure no lay person distributes the Holy Mysteries. 7. Evangelizing non-Christians. 8. Praying for my sinful self.

How come encouraging Latinizations isn't on your list, and encouraging SSPX and Tridentines to come to your eparchy? -uc

Dear Token Ukrainian Nationalist, If you really want Latinizations you might try joining the "majority" faction of the Syro-Malabarese Church - just avoid the sanior pars at all costs. [This should bring me a cascade of brickbats from the "majority" faction.]
The SSPX and the Tridentine matter are not our problem - and we have problems enough and to spare.

Dont you believe it the SSPX and co. have established a Byzantine branch that is a thorn in the side of the UGCC in easter Europe. The last thing they needed. The want all that uniate stuff to stay. There are photos on the net of them. They are woolves among the sheep.

I believe I know of at least 2 bishops who lurk here. I do not know if they ever post, nor do I know if they lurk often. But they do.
