You mean because he was baptized by Arians on his death-bed? Is that it?
He would still have been baptized and the Church never questioned that. That's it! It's a point that Bishop Tikhon (OCA-West) never fails to mention on the Indiana list to the nouveau Orthodox who fancy themselves experts on the canosn and the Faith in the context of finding salvation outside the Church.
