Dear Friends,
When Pope John Paul II came to Ukraine and spoke to the people, it was a cloudy day, but soon a ray of light appeared in the skies, to the amazement of all.
I saw a video of the event and heard the TV announcers exclaim, "Well, now for sure people will start saying a miracle occurred during the Pope's visit!"
One TV journalist asked another on the ground what was it the Pope was giving to all those who came to see him.
He was told, "Rosaries!"
"And what are those, do you know?" he shot back.
"They're beads on a cord on which prayers to the Theotokos are said."
"Ah, I see . . ."
