I'm just testing to see if the picture (avatar) actually does work!

I choose these two hands because among the many choices I couldn't find anything monastic, Scriptural, angelic, etc., so I thought these two hands symbolize communication, integrity, kindness, charity, justice, and all the wonderful qualities that communication on this forum focuses on. It's a good symbol of our times. If there ever are any pictures (avatars) that are more monastic, I may change in the future.

I guess this is a good place to test my avatar, too.

And the signature! I'm not sure where it will be. Now I'll find out.

Well, the "signature" doesn't work. So, for now I'll do without it.!

I choose the SUN, because the sun rises in the East and the Son of God came from the East, and anyway, Christianity is inherently Eastern!

I wish that there were more religious avatars as well. I guess Lindbergh is alright but I'd rather have St. Athanasius.

Yes, I was wondering, too.

What is "Signature"? What are you supposed to put in that rectangle? And where does it go in one's post?
