Dear all:

This morning I received from a RC mailing list the story of an Eucharistic Miracle that took place last year in Italy. The photographs are really incredible and in a first moment I was shocked and really believed it was true. After a while I decided to surf the whole site, it is from a woman who calls herself Conchiglia, who says has been receiving messages directly from the Holy Trinity!.

After having read through both English and Spanish versions of the site, I have the feeling it is a blasphemous and heretic site mad , please forgive the straight adjectives shocked , and that all that has been happening is not the works of Our Lord frown . For example, Conchiglia has this prayer (emphasis mine):

Precious Blood of Jesus
descend on all of Your Children
inundate them...cover them... touch them...cure them...
in the body...in the soul...in the mind...and in the spirit.
Lord Jesus bless them
for the intercession of Holy Mary
and myself , conchiglia...
I humbly join Your blessing ...
in the Name of the Father
of the Mother
of the Son
and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.

First of all I feel she's distorting the Holy Trinity, not three Persons now but FOUR! eek This is the site, please check it and share your thoughts:

Any comment?

God Bless

Dear Bernardo,

I will take your word for it and not visit it.

I really don't like that she is making four persons of the Trinity, because that is what many other faith traditions are condemning the RC for doing...although officially nothing could be farther from the truth. frown

People who distort Mariology are doing more to destroy the movement to join the East and the West than they could possibly imagine. They are also doing more to hurt the Roman Catholic Church, in general, than they could imagine.

In Christ,
Alice

Bernardo, my brother,

I visited the site (very elaborate - 5 languages) and found myself reacting exactly as you had. Interesting that the "Who is conchiglia?" link was disabled, because I was curious about that.

Reading the line pointing out that "Conchiglia" means "shell", I had the strongest urge to retranslate it as "shill".

I absolutely agree with Alice's observation.

Many years,

Neil
