It�s not an "ad hominem" when it is true!

You seem to have missed that my post used the term �hypocrite� in a purposeful response to Michael�s use of the same term. I guess it is not ad hominem for him to use it but it is only ad hominem for me to use it when I post to show that his posts lack charity. I guess it�s OK for him to present distorted and even false evidence to use to convict someone but it�s not OK for me to point out that his evidence is distorted and false. This doesn�t seem very fair and balanced to me.

Michael and a few others have been very uncharitable in this thread. Why are they so unwilling to disagree with the substance of Mr. Limbaugh�s arguments? Why must they attack his person instead of offering a principled disagreement with his philosophy?
