Abdur,

I'm happy you took my post with humor. I was not intending to be mean.

Dr. John,

I had to read your comment above about three times to get what you were saying.

No I was not flameing Abdur. For one, I know Abdur although Muslim, only has one wife and is satisfied with one wife. I was only takeing an actual fact of Islam and lightly applying a little humor to it.

And besides you don't need my corrupted mind to recognize that in a culture that accepts husbands with more then one wife, sexual intimacy can have the potential to be quite interesting at times.

Dear Friends:

The only time I have ever heard of such a thing was when a Queen of Portugal married her uncle.

The children all turned out fine, and as a matter of fact, a grandson became one of Portugal's greatest Kings.

Unfortunately she was the one who went mad.

Now there's justice for you.

The norwegian composer Edvard Hagerup Grieg (1848-1907) was married to his first cousin, Nina Hagerup. I believe they had two healthy children.

According to The Epic of Latin America, written by John David Crow, there was frequent intermarriage among the royal Portugese Brazanga family.

My novia's mother's family had intermarriage as well (my novia is adopted).

As for "kissin' cousins", I have a cousin who was on the WVU homecoming court not long ago. She's still a doll!
