Politics, Religion, Israel and the Seduction of the Catholic Voter Part 2

by Robert A. Sungenis, M.A.

http://www.catholicintl.com/epologetics/articles/pastoral/politics2.htm

Brief excerpt:
the Freemasons, the P2, the Illuminati, and about a dozen other big money and man-made philosophies control this world. Thats what the Apostle John tells us in the Apocalypse. This is not, conspiracy theory. Catholics in the 1970s-80s many of the prelates they trusted had already succumbed One source was a list of Freemasons discovered by Italian police and later sent to Pope John Paul I by Mino Pecorelli, editor of L Osservatore Politico (who was soon afterward assassinated, mafioso style). Among the names on the short list of Masons were 121 Catholic prelates, including prominent office holders such as: Augustin Cardinal Bea, Secretary of State to John XXIII and Paul VI; Archbishop Annibale Bugnini, creator of the Novus Ordo mass; Agostino Cacciavillan, Secretary of State, and until very recently, Papal Nuncio to America; Agostino Casaroli, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Achille Lienart, Bishop of Lille, France and designated as Masonic Grand Master and very active in slanting Vatican II in the liberal direction; Leo Cardinal Suenens (leader of the Charismatic movement) and Jean Cardinal Villot, the Secretary of State. These names came complete with Masonic code names and numbers. Villots name was Jeanni with number 041/3 and he was enrolled in the Lodge on August 6, 1966. So vast was Villots power and influence that when Paul VI had excommunicated Pasquale Macci for heresy, Villot, after the popes death, had Macci reinstated and saw to it that he was elevated to Cardinal. Pio Laghi, Apostolic Nuncio to the United States is also on the list, he is a great friend to the Bush family.
Paul Marcinkus, Director of the Vatican Bank money laundering schemes, was also on the Freemason list. It was John Paul Is stated quest to Cardinal Villot to remove Marcinkus and his collaborators, such as Cardinal Baggio (also on the Freemason list). But Villot and company silenced the pope before he could act. All this is common knowledge now, thanks to David Yallops book In Gods Name; Paul Williams book The Vatican Exposed, as well as the work of Richard Hammer, Claire Sterling, Nick Tosches and John Cornwell. What we also know is that, immediately after becoming the new pope, John Paul II closed the door on all the internal investigations initiated by John Paul I, Instead of ousting Marcinkus the pope elevated him, on the third anniversary of John Paul Is death, to the position of the Pontifical Commission for the State of Vatican City, which is more or less like being its governor. misdealings of the Banco Ambrosiano (which was the source for Marcinkus money laundering schemes as he defrauded its depositors), John Paul II paid off the creditors with $250 million of the Vaticans money. When appeals came to the Vatican from the Italian government to help prosecute Marcinkus, John Paul II protected Marcinkus by citing the immunity granted by article 11 of the 1929 Lateran Treaty with Mussolini, as he also did in protecting, Bernard Law, the infamous pedophile shuffler.

I HOPE WE TAKE THIS TO HEART! THESE THREATS TO OUR CHURCH ARE REAL. SOMETHING I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AWARE OF IS THAT WHEN AN OSTRICH STICKS HIS HEAD IN THE SAND IT ONLY MAKES IT EASIER TO CUT THE OSTRICH'S HEAD OFF. LET US NOT HIDE FROM UNPLEASANT REALITIES.

Does Dan Brown claim a masonic affiliation? It might be helpful to know. After all, he wrote the book.

Scripture Scholars, Ancient and Modern
From: The Plot Against The Pope; Coup dtat in the Conclave 1958

http://www.cardinalsiriandtheplotagainstthepope.com/scripture_scholars.htm

short excerpt:

...1955, Fr. Herman Bernard Kramer on The Apocalypse of St. John, The Book of Destiny.

Father Kramer

. . . A second sign appears in heaven. . . This red dragon . . . brings the Church into great distress at that time. . . No fiercer enemy of God and man has appeared in Christian times than Communism, and strange to say, RED is its emblematic color. Communism may by that time have gained control of the governments of Europe.

Judeo-FREEMASONRY (caps my emphasis) Communism, Communist flag red emblem of the Jewish banking House of Rothschild, red shield governments of Western European under the tight grip of Freemasonry for many years,

Father Kramer

. . . Satan knows how extensively an interregnum in the papacy would favor his success in recovering his ancient lordship over the world. . . As a dragon, Satan through the evil world-powers of that time will enter the Church, interfere with her liberty and perhaps by stealthy suggestions having long before directed the choosing of candidates for the episcopate will now endeavor by threats of force to hinder the election of the worthiest candidate for the papacy . . .

 Giuseppe Siri,

. . . The seclusion of the conclave is even more necessary today; with modern means, with modern techniques, without complete seclusion, it would not be possible to gain an election against the pressures from outside powers. Today some superpowers (and even some lesser powers) have too great an interest in owning, for their part, through either compliance or weakness [of church leaders], the greatest moral authority in the world. And they would do everything in their power to accomplish this. The pressures to overturn the substance of the law of the conclave would be driven by the desire to obtain this very result.

... U.S.S.R. U.S.A. ... FREEMASONRY (caps my emphasis)

Father Kramer

. . . Some eminent cardinal may be particularly outstanding in his efforts to stem the tide of demoralization of bishops and priests. Satan will know, and the world-powers will know, that he is the likely choice for the papacy, and that if elected, he will . . . exercise his supreme jurisdiction to inaugurate measures of reform. . . . Satans intention is to subject the newly elected Pope also to the purposes of the world-powers or to plot his death. He may contrive an assurance of safety and immunity from harm for the Cardinals to convene for the election the more easily to take the Pope-elect prisoner.

1958 Conclave Intimidation just-elected, and overthrown Pope, blackmail and all manner of deception against old Cardinals, perpetual silence.

Fr. Kramer 12th chapter of The Apocalypse:

The dragon will want to intimidate the new Pope into non-interference - to let affairs run and develop as heretofore. In that way would he devour the son absorb the papacy and alone direct and rule the world.10

Note the above: Guiseppe Cardinal Siri, who was the validly elected Pope after John XXIII, who as Fr. Malachi Martin tells us, Siri was threatened at Vatican II into refusing his valid election by a threat against the life of Cardinal Siris family.

Very true. I researched Freemasonry some years back and was struck by that very thing. Curiously, all the books I used have disappeared from the public library, including one by a Protestant clergyman demonstrating that freemasonry is not compatible with Christianity. At least if you take both seriously.

Sad to say, the majority (if not all) of the members of your Royal Family is Masonic. I remember Prince Charles saying he was in favor of changing the "Defender of THE Faith" title for the monarch to that of "Defender of Faith".
Even that assertion sounds Masonic. Of course it has been said that every American president (with the lone exception of John F. Kennedy, who was no saint) since George Washington has been a Freemason.

Dear Father Deacon Robert,

Actually, Prince Charles is a member of the Royal Family who is NOT a mason and has said that he will never become one.

He wants to change the title, "Defender of the faith" because of the common law implication that title today has with respect to Anglicanism as the established church of England (and Presbyterianism in Scotland).

The principles of the American revolution, including the symbols it adopted, were entirely Masonic (as we can see on the back of American money). And all of the U.S. government monuments in Washington were all dedicated according to Masonic rites at the time of their completion.

In addition, I've come across Catholics who are Masons and who are so with the actual blessing and approval of their bishops - this was also confirmed to me by a Catholic school chaplain-priest who once scolded me for my narrow-mindedness in this respect! smile

Do you think I'm narrow-minded? smile

Dear Friends,

Rather than blame the masons, how about we share a lot of the blame for the fact that Christians today seem to be so disconnected from their faith that a piece of concocted trash like the Da Vinci Code can shake their "faith" to its core.

If anything, Dan Brown has done Christianity a favour (and also Opus Dei, as I understand . . .) by showing how poorly evangelized many Christians themselves are, that we have, in fact, a nominal Christian culture etc.

I was unaware of that. Come to think of it, his dad was Greek Orthodox, and Charles has been visiting Mt. Athos, as of late.

He wants to change the title, "Defender of the faith" because of the common law implication that title today has with respect to Anglicanism as the established church of England (and Presbyterianism in Scotland).

I had thought of that angle, myself, but I assumed he was a Mason, because of his Royal Family connection.

The principles of the American revolution, including the symbols it adopted, were entirely Masonic (as we can see on the back of American money). And all of the U.S. government monuments in Washington were all dedicated according to Masonic rites at the time of their completion.

I'm well aware of that, and that's why I am a Christian Monarchist. wink

Per the late Michael Davies, Archbishop Annibale Bugnini, the author of the Novus Ordo Missae, was accused by Italian journalist Tito Casini of having been a Freemason. When Casini showed the evidence (Bugnini in his Masonic haberdashery) to Paul VI, Bugnini was removed as head of the Congregation of Divine Worship, and given the post of Papal Nuncio to Iran!

Dear Father Deacon,

Well, if you are a monarchist, the only thing I have to say is . . .

I bow to you, sir! smile smile

HRH Prince Charles has been visiting Mt Athos, as you say, and some have said he is secretly studying Orthodoxy. I also understand that he admires greatly his Orthodox Russian relatives who are Martyr-Saints.

And I am also informed that he does attend Orthodox Divine Liturgy with his father on Sundays . . . and gets icons written for him by English Orthodox iconographers.

Ciao!

Standing behind the stormy campaign around the Da Vinci Code are Masons whose aim is to marginalize the Christian Church

Deacon Andrey Kurayev, professor at Moscow Theological Academy and well-known Orthodox theologian, sought to dispel some of the myths underlying and referred to in the Da Vinci Code novel, in an interview to Interfax-Religion.

...The funniest thing in Browns book from the point of view of a religious researcher is an attempt to present early Christian heretics (Gnostics), who wrote the Gospels he refers to as those who look benevolently at the world, flesh, marriage, sex, woman. In reality the Gnostics just as neo-Platonic heathens were ashamed of their corporal nature. The key affirmation of the Gospel of Judas so much boosted by the Priory of Sion is that cosmos is hell. We read in the Gospel of Thomas: He who has found the world has found a corpse.

A similar garbling is used by this author when he alleges that Gnostics and their apocrypha asserted the human nature of Christ, contrary to the orthodox who deified Christ. Quite the contrary, the Gnostic Gospels say almost nothing about the earthly life of Christ (not all the apocrypha are written by Gnostics; some, exactly those which give more biographical details, have their origin in folklore). The principal affirmation made by the Da Vinci Code in religious research is that Christianity has borrowed all its ideas and symbols from heathenism. This idea was very much in fashion in the 19th century, but modern religious research, including secular studies, no longer believes that. The principal idea of Christianity is that the One Pre-Eternal God, the Creator of the Universe, became Man precisely freely, for His love of human beings, not for the sake of solving some inner problems and intrigues, and He sacrificed Himself for the sake of human beings.

...- Is it a sin to see the film?

- No, it is not a sin, what is sinful is killing time, like playing cards. One can see a lot of things. The question is how one relates to what one has seen.
Fr. Deacon Robert,
Re: "...In reality the Gnostics just as neo-Platonic heathens were ashamed of their corporal nature....." and "...A similar garbling is used by this author when he alleges that Gnostics and their apocrypha asserted the human nature of Christ,...." Quite right and furthermore, the same Gnostics then argued themselves into total immorality and denied the Resurrection of Christ (especially the Docetics, as well as the others) and our own future resurrection -- the general resurrection of all men at Christ's Parousia in order to vainly try to justify their corrupt lives.

Best regards,
Steve
