I was thumbing through my Entertainment Weekly today while at the gym and I read this. I went online and found an article on it. I really don't know what to say about it other than I bet the people in charge of the publicity for "The Nativity Story" are thrilled (sarcasm). Here is a link. Hope it works. http://msnbc.msn.com/id/15161985/ -Katie g

As for things to say about it, one might express sadness that this young girl is "growing up (this) fast" (as the article put it) and to offer prayers for her and her unborn baby.

I pray in Thanksgiving that, despite what I am sure was strong pressure to the contrary, and despite her very visible position, that she chose to give her child life.

I agree with Wondering. At least she's keeping the baby. And we must not assume that just because she portrays the Mother of God that she believes in waiting till marriage and other Christian ideals, or even that she's a Christian at all. So, not good - but could be far worse! Logos Teen
