I need some help locating books on the history and "theology" of Orthodox (and Byzantine Catholic) youth ministry, and especially how to order them. I'm especially looking for anything on the history and development of Syndesmos. any help will be greatly appreciated.

I would probably start with Light & Life publishing. Don't know if they have anything on this topic, but they do seem to have a bit of everything..
