It does not appear to be accurate. A quick search on the 'net gave me

guardian.co.uk] if you read down a bit you will find
The blast - outside one of the main synagogues in Tel Aviv
it appears that is more than one synagogue in Tel-Aviv. Being the financial and business capital and a large city (for Israel) it should not be surprising.
