I received the following news via e-mail from a lady at my parish...

Msgr. Misulich, former pastor of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in NYC, passed away Tuesday morning. He had been in the hospital for several weeks, having recently been diagnosed with leukemia. Please keep his elderly mother, and the rest of his family in your prayers.

Eternal memory!

May the memory of Monsignor Misulich be eternal.

O Lord, receive the soul of Your servant, the Priest Raymond, who has departed from this life, and lead it to rest in a place of light, happiness, and peace, where there is neither pain nor suffering, neither grief nor sighing. And since You are a gracious God and the Lover of Mankind, remember his years of service to You and to Your people, forgive him every sin he has committed by thought, or word, or deed, for there is not a man who lives and does not sin, for You alone are without sin and You are the Resurrection and the Life.

May his memory be eternal+

May the Holy Theotokos hold his mother in her arms and through her intercession be strengthened.
