My school's online newsletter, KC Currents, has a short story about my trip to Romania. Scroll down a little more than half the page to find it.

David,

What a wonderful article! So informative. I am glad I found it even if a little late today as I backtracked.

I found the conversations very enlightening, but having done all of this at one time myself with youth of another culture when I was younger, I loved the following paragraph the best.

[ Mastroberte and the others served as counselorsalongside Romanian college-age counselorsto 10 Romanian children ages 7-17. He participated in skits and crafts with the campers, and led a drawing class.]

God bless you for your generosity and am sure you felt the trip very worthwhile.

In Christ,

Porter.
