What does all that mean?

I do know that Khrystos Razhdajet'sja and Slavite Jeho means Christ is Born! Glorify HIm!

But the rest of it... blush

Blessings of the feast!

"S'Nami Boh" is the hymn from Great Compline: "God is with us * understand, all you nations * and submit yourselves" for God is with us."

"Tropar Prazdnika" means "troparion of the feast" - in this case, "Your birth, O Christ our God, has shed upon the world the light of knowledge, for through it those who worshipped the star have learned from a star to worship You, the Sun of Justice, and to recognize you as the Orient from on high; glory be to You, O Lord."

"Kondak Prazdnika" means "kontakion of the feast" - "Today, the Virgin (D'iva) gives birth to perfect Essence, and the earth (zeml'a) offers a cave to the Inaccessible. The Angels sing his glory with the shepherds; the wise men journey with the star, for there is born for us an Infant Child, God eternal."

Yours in Christ,

[Sorry, Jeff responded more accurately while I was writing.]

Should be pretty close to this:

Merry Christmas!

God is with us, understand, O ye nations, and subject yourselves, for God is with us!

TROPARION

Your Nativity, O Christ our God, has shed the light of knowledge upon the world. Through it, those who had been star-worshippers learned through a star to worship You, O Sun of Justice, and to recognize in You the One who rises and comes from on high. O Lord, glory to You!

KONTAKION

Today the Virgin gives birth to the One who surpasses all essences, and the earth offers a cave to God, the Inaccessible One. Angels sing His glory together with the shepherds, for unto us is born a Child who is God from all eternity.

Christ is born! Glorify Him!
