Contrast is good, but not as sharp as the darker blue. I will look at it on a CRT at the office tomorrow, and try to compare the 2.

Scripture Blue - an orthodox color. It's very readable and looks good. I like it.

The final version of the Forum page logo is now up. During the course of the last 2 1/2 hours it was placed up and then the final color changes and revisions had to be done. It is one thing to look at it standing alone, it is another when it is integrated onto the forum page. I hope all like it now.

The idea of the logo is to give the page an identity to something unique to our Byzantine heritage, for that we incorporated the inconostasis. The previous one that was up for the last 12 days was only a temporary one while this was one was developed and finished.

I don't like the iconstasis on the main forum page. For me, an iconstatis is for church: not a webpage. I really preferred just the icon of Jesus with the lettering about the Byzantine Forum. That was appropriate, in my opinion.

I came to log my opinion on the iconostasis yellow, but I see others beat me to it. I can only think of "Monastery Icons" yellow with that particular shade. I don't really care how the periphery is decorated, but I wanted to point out the connection. I know a side by side comparison would show MI's yellow to be a little more orange, but without that comparison the solid yellow shade was close enough to make me do a double-take.
