To the people who run Stauropegion Press:
Last year I ordered and paid for "Studies on the Byzantine Liturgy-1, The Draft Translation: A Response to the Proposed Recasting of the Byzantine-Ruthenian Divine Liturgy of Saint John Chrysostom" by Serge Keleher which I received on August 2, 2006.
I also ordered and paid for one copy of "Studies on the Byzantine Liturgy-2, Theological Reflections on the Ruthenian Liturgy in English" by Catherine Tkacz which they offered. This book I did not receive.
I sent Stauropegion Press a letter last August asking about the book I did not receive. They sent a letter back stating that I would receive the book when it was printed. I never received it. I then sent a letter in March, 2007 asking for the book or a refund. I have had no response.
I want a refund. I would like whoever is responsible for sales and marketing at Stauropegion Press to contact me at theblindone@earthlink.net. Through contacts I have been given the name of one of the persons involved with Stauropegion Press. I would like to settle this matter without incident. The price of the book is small and inconsequential. However there is a principle involved and I'll fight for a principle for as long as it takes. This is not a threat but a promise.
The Blind One

Oh, dear. Before I can get in touch with the press in your case, I need to know your name and address. Would you send me a PM with that information? Thanks!
Fr. Serge
