Blessed Volodymyr Pryjma, martyr-diak; St. Anatolius (whether Patriarch Anatolius or Anatolius the Studite is debated), author of the "Anatolian Stikhera" from Vespers; St. Antiochus, the monk; St. Ioannikios; Paul, monk of the Evergetis; St. Gregorios Domestikos, psaltist of the Great Lavra on Mt. Athos; St. Gerontii, Canonarch of the Pecherska Lavra; and St. Maxim Grek are a few I thought of.

St Gregory the Dialogist, Pope of Rome - how could we forget him!
Bl. Jacopone da Todi, writer of spiritual songs.
St Philip Neri, inventor of the Oratorio!
St Yared, the founder of Ethiopian Church singing.
St Nerses (Shnorhali) IV the Gracious, Catholicos of Armenia, writer of Armenian hymns.

I've also got a little icon of John of Lepizig. Yes, Johannes Sebastianus Bach smile

Dear Edward,

Bl. Jacopone da Todi signed a petition against the pope of his day. This is why he will probably never be canonized . . .

But his cultus as a Blessed is strong locally!
