I've often wondered about the sturdiness of people who can jump into ice water in the winter. Reminds me of the "polar bear" clubs where people run from a steam bath and jump into an icy river. I think my heart would stop from the shock of the cold water.

I was speaking about this with someone who works for the company I work at--good sturdy, healthy Russian stock he is--having been born and raised in Siberia!!!

He said "is good for heart"!!! shocked crazy eek
