I have just had a PM from him.
I'll paste in some bits - but there's more than this - much more.
<<<...... had an appointment with my plastic surgeon who said he doesn't think it's infected, but in the meantime I started having lots of problems walking and lying down and just was miserable with some very, very bad pain. While at the plastic surgeon's on Thursday, the plastic surgeon said I need to see my neurosurgeon immediately. The pain had only been hitting me for about 48 hours or so at this time. But I was able to get ahold of my neurosurgeon while I was in Baltimore..........
I couldn't just drop everything and head to the ER, but he ordered some tests to get done up in State College. Long story short--I can't get the tests done in State College and the pain is much, much worse. I can barely walk at this point and my wife is taking me down to Baltimore to one of the hospitals. They are expecting me around 5pm Eastern time. The surgeon will be waiting for me as well, most likely. And after the night I had last night, I need to be in the hospital. And for me to say that, with my history, that's saying something.......
I've doubled my norma dose of Morphine and that's still not doing it. So I've tripled it so far today and feel a bit better, but not too much and with the ride, I don't expect to be in much shape when we get there. I normally take 30mg of long acting morphine three times a day. So I'm up to 90 mg of morphine three times a day and I'm still hitting the oxycodone (twice as powerful as morphine) like jelly beans and it's still not helping much. >>>

Please let's support him in the way that we all know brings results
May our Blessed Mother , Mary ever virgin , Mother of us all keep Tim in Her most tender care.
May She spread her Mantle of Protection over Tim and his family.
May God guide his surgeons and physicians in their care and treatment of him

May the Unmercenary Physiciams, Cosmas and Damien, intercede before the Holy Throne and grant to our brother's doctors the insight and skills needed to diagnose and treat our friend Tim in the most expeditious and efficacious manner, consistent with modern medicine. May Tim's pain be alleviated, his concerns be allayed, and may God grant him many years.

I have just had another PM in from Tim.
He went back to Baltimore for investigations of the severe pain and renewed paralysis.
