A 2 lb. loaf? May be the start for others. The trick is using a razor blade against crumbling.

Dave Mastroberte

I have heard of some small Orthodox parishes baking prosphora and selling it as a fundraiser to smaller missions...

This approach is brand new to me.

They really cannot keep bread in stock.

Notice that the ad at Amazon says "in stock."

Yikes.

Think of it, a different flavour for each season or feast!

But seriously on another note, does the RDL mandate the use of a whole bread? If so, I'm just wondering, after a year, how many parishes are on board with not using pre-cuts. I know the one that attend is not.
