The girls are getting a bad rap here... (It took me four tries to get a turn of phrase that could work...)

The problem is far worse... The boys are in bad shape too, as they carry all the same STDs, but some can't be observed or tested in men. HPV is one example - there is no test for men as yet.

This ain't good.

It is time to wake up and smell the coffee on this one. The "outdate mores and norms" espoused by the Church didn't just "control people" it protected them.

Protect them not just physically, but emotionally and psychologically.
