My wife now makes the Prosphora for our parish in St. Louis. I think the recipe she uses came from the Teacher Resource Manual for the 5th Grade catechism book "We Are God's People" from God With Us Publications. Our priests (we have several, all bi-ritual) have all commented that it's very good. She bought a seal through Eastern Christian Supply Company.

Because we're such a small mission parish, she can split the dough into six loaves, so it doesn't take much effort at all.
