On a practical note, though, maybe it is more important to foster various forms of cooperation than to stress organizational unity at this stage?

If we could work more together on:
- catechesis
- advertizing
- service projects
- socials (multi-parish picnics... fundraisers...)
- priestly formation & accademics
- monastic support
- sacramental cooperation (like helping eachother with reconciliation, hospital visits, etc...)
- youth
- websites (much like ByzCath.org is trying to do with it's "find a parish")
- bible study
- and much more....
Eventually we will grow together organicly.
All of these ideas would take coordination and effort, but most functions would benefit greatly from working together.
