I'm watching the ceremony at the US Capitol live on CSPAN, and there's some guy in the audience who keeps saying "Yes" "Yes" every few seconds. Anyone else notice this? It's so irritating.

I just drove thru "dahntahn" D.C. on Monday. I drove past the Capitol building and I must admit it is very majestic. I can still remember driving the "Beltway" on Sept. 10th 2001, coming back from a visit with my brother who lives in Northern VA. Ever since 9-11-'01, I still get very nervous when I drive anywhere near D.C., especially the first week of September! eek

Lest we forget. May God grant rest to all of the souls who died on 9-11-'01 and make their memory eternal, Vichnaja pamjat'!
