The Blessing of the Lord!

Prayers, such as they are, continue.

Otherwise, no comment at the moment!

The Holy Synod of the OCA just issued a news release that the election of the new primate will take place in November at their All American Council in Pittsburgh. There has been debate and speculation concerning when this was going to happen.

I always liked that term "primate" and the numerous ways it can be applied and to what it is applied to, especially in this case. biggrin

Are those Bibles they're sitting on?

I've been known to say I'd sit on a stack of Bibles and swear something or other at times. Just wondered. biggrin biggrin

Father Deacon,

Now if we only could get them depicted in vestments, then we will have hit the proverbial nail on the head! laugh

That scene, after all, did depict a "sacred" tribunal.

Good grief guys! After what the poor parishioners of the OCA have been through aren't you all being a little cheeky?

I am not sure the good members of the OCA are in much of a mood for jokes regarding the mess they have had to deal with.

I agree and wish to apologoze tot he membrs of the forum for my own post on this thread.

The Desert Fathers remind us that "there but for the grace of God go I." And that's sage advice for this morning.

When a brother falls, we ought to mourn for one Christ came to save being pulled down by the Enemy.

I've asked the admins to lock this thread.

In Christ,

BOB
