Charles, I was feeling my Belgian roots tonight, and decided to make one of favorite meals that I enjoy especially when when I am in Oostende (kind of wishing I was there now). I had not fresh mussels so I made another entre, but did make the traditional fresh French Fries, along with some wine, finished off by my family recipe of mousse chocolât (homemade chocolate mousse). When having the mousse, I thought about you, how you might enjoy it and then debated whether to have another serving of it. Here thinking about you! In IC XC, Father Anthony+
Everyone baptized into Christ should pass progressively through all the stages of Christ's own life, for in baptism he receives the power so to progress, and through the commandments he can discover and learn how to accomplish such progression. - Saint Gregory of Sinai

Dear Father Anthony, YUM! Why did you not invite us!! Please tell me how you make the traditional French fries...my son (the gourmet --because he has the metabolism to be one and not worry--LOL) has visited Belgium (his college friend is half Belgian) and said the fries were wonderful..and he loved that ketchup is NOT used! Awaiting your pomme frite recipe...do you fry them in olive oil? deep fry? fried once or twice? Thank you! In Christ, Alice

I was thinking today that Charles must have his chocolate antena in the shop for tuneup. I mean, even if someone almost spells the word 'chocolate' he sniffs it out. Sounded wounderful Father.

Thanks for thinking of me. The chocolate sounds wonderful. I had the 404 problem yesterday which progressed to, "server not found." I think I will have some chocolate to celebrate the return of the forum.

I'm a few days late, but I'm breaking out the good chocolate now; I'm all for togetherness.

The local Belgian tavern serves wondeful Belgian fries with their wonderful range of beers. Speaking of chocolate it must be getting close to the pre Christmas Saint Phillip Fast for those on the new calendar. Belgian fries and chocolates...yum!
