By the way, what do the Russian Old Ritualists wear on Pascha? And is it true that the UGCC in Kyiv also wear red for the Paschal Divine Liturgy? What is the Ukrainian Catholic and Orthodox usage?

I know a Greek priest who wears red vestments on Pascha. Why? In case some of the dye from the red eggs happens to get on his vestments.

So, let's not get too worked up over who wears what when and why. smile

Ran across some pictures of Philaret and other clergy of the Kyiv Patriarchate in red vestments for the Sunday of the Myrrh-bearers.
