Whatever struggle, regrets, temptations and trials you are experiencing that are bringing you sorrow, dear brother in Christ, be assured that you have our prayers for our Lord to heal, comfort and strengthen you--and that He will see fit to answer your prayer/prayers soon.

Through the prayers of all the saints you hold dear,
Alice

In the Eastern tradition, we are taught that demons that oppress our lives can be fought by prayer and fasting...our own and through that of others. This is where our holy monasteries come in as the right hand of the Church. We are indebted to monastics for their sole dedication to prayer. WE can ask them to offer prayer on our behalf and their prayers are quite efficacious...

I echo Alice's kind and wise words. I also pledge to pray for you, dear Brother in Christ.

Lord of the Powers be with us, for in times of distress we have no other help but You.
Lord of the Powers, have mercy on Byzaninemo.
Almighty God, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, come to his help and deliver him from this difficulty that besets him.
