Just found this one. It is only in Russian. The front page also has a picture of who I think is Bishop Jospeh Werth in Byzantine vestments.

From the text, the photo appears to have been taken on the 25th anniversary of Bishop Joseph's priestly ordination, which occurred a couple of weeks ago.

Further down the page, below the photo of His Beatitude Lubomyr and that of the assembled hierarchs at the recent meeting, is a 2007 photo of (left to right, as viewed) Archbishop-elect Cyril (Vasyl), the newly-appointed Secretary of the Congregation for the Oriental Churches, and Bishop Joseph.

Many years,

Neil

So, Bishop Joseph Werth decided to mark his priestly ordination anniversary by celebrating the Byzantine Divine Liturgy?

Can't say with certainty unless I get a chance to go back and struggle with the text more closely. That seemed to be the gist of it, but I'd not call my Russian fluent enough to swear by it.
