Eis polla eti DESPOTA means: 'Many years, Master'

(Master being the Bishop, not a despot! wink )

Deacon Borislav's version was a pun substituting 'dog' for 'des' implying the dog is the bishop!!!

One cleric is in ryassa, with red kamilkava, looks like he might be also wearing an epitrachelion, or perhaps just a pectoral cross and/or englopion.
