I've sent you a PM, but I'll repeat it here, because others may know potentially simplier methods.

So this is an audio CD. It means that you can't upload directly from the CD nor copy it to an external drive. Audio tracks from and audio CD need to be converted to a computer file format with a special tool (audio grabber) first. Long time ago I was using Exact Audio Copy http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/ . It is rather intuitive (install, run, insert the CD, select track you want to convert, press that "MP3" handvice icon on the left and it will ask you where to save the converted track. Then the conversion will begin. Afterwards you should be able to upload that file to rapidshare).
